What a great conversation with Josh Painter. Josh is a chill, California guy with an easy way about him, and an incredible story of rising to the occasion again and again. He has continually said yes, and then figured out how to make it happen. It began with an major curve ball at age 17 when he got his high school girlfriend pregnant and then figured out how to make a living to support his soon-to-be new wife and new baby. After burning out in the grinder of a job as a corrections officer, Josh dove into the real estate industry to allow himself the time and opportunity to make more money to support his family. The real estate crash in 2008 took Josh down, as it did so many others, yet he stayed in it and fought his way back out, overcoming bankruptcy, a divorce and the loss of his home to foreclosure. Josh rose from that bottom to grow his real estate business to a seven figure valuation and is now the author of the book, "Best Version Ever - Discover the Magic of Becoming Extraordinary" and leads a mastermind event called "Your Best Version Ever - Live".
