The Quadra Education Foundation (QEF) Scholarship Program is open to all current and past cadets, officers, and civilian instructors of HMCS QUADRA Cadet Training Centre (CTC), as well as their children.
The program aims to provide financial support to currently enrolled students pursing post-secondary education, and recognizes and rewards both academic and non-academic qualities or performance including:

When to Apply
July 14, 2023 Part I: Expression of Interest Form must be submitted on or before this date.
July 29, 2023 Part II: Application Form, with all supporting documentation, must be uploaded to the secure site on or before this date. NOTE: Only those applicants who submitted a Part I: Expression of Interest Form on or before July 14, 2023 are eligible to submit Part II.
July 31, 2023 Final Transcripts must be uploaded to the secure site on or before this date.
