Thugs, Bullies and those who attack innocent men, women and children only respect force. Sanctions do not mean much to psychopaths as psychopaths are explosive and impulsive, and do not care how many they kill. Witness Hitler and then fast forward the mass graves in Ukraine. Without resolve to win in Ukraine the West faces the prospect of a widening war as Russia, China, Iran and North Korea become more expansionistic as they are emboldened by the West's weakness.
