If you are angry, frustrated or disgusted with the state of our Republic and NY State we must do more than vote for governor. We must vote for the Republican team to really make a difference. It all starts with those running for our state's Supreme Court. Supreme Court Justices are our first line of defense of our Constitutional Rights, as they apply the Constitution and laws to decide cases. These Republican Justices are determined to apply the law rather than act as a legislature making the law. Every individual in our Republic has a right to have their cases decided based on the Constitution and the laws passed by the legislature. At a time when many believe there are two systems of justice: one for democrats and one for republicans, we need judges who decide cases strictly on the basis of the Constitution and the laws passed by the legislature. One system of law for all!
