Judgment is hard to avoid and is in fact one of our oldest mental patterns. Our minds want to look at this as black and white, good and bad, yes and no, but it's not that simple. We are complex and so is our pain. In this episode, we dive deeply into the shadow of judgment and where it comes from. We reflect on our own pain, the mirror of judging others and situations, and are encouraged to feel what is really coming up at the moment of judgement. I talk about hard personal stories of how judgement caused much pain in my life and how I'm working towards overcoming the thought patterns that create it. Finally, we learn about loving-kindness and participate in a guided Metta meditation practice. Thank you so much for listening, subscribing, and leaving a review. I hope you enjoy and see you next time!
