Welcome back! This is part 3 my final episode of my conversation with Kena Siu!

In this episode, Kena Siu shares more of her practices that have helped her shift into someone who now feels at home.  She explains how the practice of loving yourself is very important.

When she was on her spiritual path and her father transitioned, she questioned her entire life. Through her experience with loss and divorce, she has created a new chapter for herself. She now helps and guides women with holistic self-care practices, showing how to:
