Some people spiral more easily than others. Some can let go of an issue and reset quicker than others. Whichever side you are on, know that you are not alone and it's okay to feel sad about it. What's not okay is allowing that feeling of sadness to take control over your life. So in this episode, Sarah talks about how you can counter that self-limiting and self-berating mindset by adopting a forward mindset. She shares a couple of things that she personally does to overcome the feeling of gloom and darkness. Also, if you find it too difficult to overcome this dreadful feeling, please ask for help. Don’t allow yourself to wallow in sadness over what’s already happened. Instead, take a deep breath and understand that tomorrow, you get a reset - a chance to make it better than today.
