Often we think we need to make BIG changes in order for us to feel  better or enjoy our life me, but we do not.

The goal of this episode is to inspire you to start taking small actions that won't overwhelm you or stress you out, but instead, over time, will change your life. 

These are things I have been practising for years and I wanted to share them here, because if you start ONE of these things I know it will make a difference in your life. 

This isn't a quick fix, this is a long game playbook... Although some of them you might start to notice quite quickly!
