Often we're so busy running around taking care of all the business, that along the way we start forgetting what makes us feel joy. What makes us laugh. What we do for fun.
And we don't even notice the decline until we feel empty.
Not necessarily that we hate our life, but like everything feels heavy and no matter what we do we still feel like we're under water.
In this episode I share a practice for tapping back into some happiness, and also some quick ideas to start testing out.
