In today's episode I share a simple strategy for starting and succeeding at any new practice that will ensure continued success and progress, while not increasing overwhelm or burnout. 

Naturally our brain likes to over complicates things, which can lead to inaction or overwhelm, which can also lead to lack of action! 

And of course, this leads to lack of success. We don't want that. 

So in a nutshell: If we want to succeed at BIG dreams or goals, or implement BIG changes in our life – we need to start with the simplest, most easy option we can think of. 

If you want to transform your life, your best bet is to pick ONE area of your life that feels the easiest to succeed in, and commit the easiest, most basic practice you can. 

Because, as you’ve probably heard, success creates success.
