Today's episode offers you 3 simple steps that will get you out of perpetual self judgment, self criticism, and of constantly feeling like you're never quite enough. Or never quite right. Or never quite DOING enough.

We think we're stuck with a life of suffering being ourselves.
Always believing we're not enough. Always looking for that external thing or validation that will FINALLY let us love urselves, but that's not how it works.

Self love is ALWAYS available, self love is ALWAYS an option, and self love isn't so hard to achieve.
