This is a shared experience in how self care was my medicine during a very hard season, it can be a messy journey, but essential if you're a caregiver in any capacity.
In this episode I also discuss some of the challenges of being in a relationship with someone who has an autoimmune disease (from a place of pure love) and how important holding time for yourself is.
I also talk about self care from the perspective of being a mom and the personal beliefs wrapped up in that role.
