This is an episode for anyone who has people pleasing tendencies and is looking to START a self care practice and learning how to set boundaries. 

Figuring our how to start putting ourselves first can be overwhelming and uncomfortable, so much so that we put if off for years, all the while we feel exhausted and run down.
