In this episode: Christi recorded a crossover podcast with Stefanie Olson from the She Builds Show podcast. Stefanie is the founder and CEO as well as a general contractor and licensed realtor with her company aptly named 'She Builds'. Christi and Stefanie are like-minded in that, they both are doing their part to lift up women in non-traditional roles while mentoring the next generation of students interested in the trades industry. They each get to share with each other how they got into their respective roles as well as some lessons they have learned over the years that help them overcome - and change- the perception of women in the construction industry today.
