In this episode: Christi and Angela speak with Kate Rieling from Vertical Earth, a civil/site work contractor in the Metro Atlanta Area. Kate has been boots-on-the-ground for many years in the construction industry and currently manages several site work projects so she has a lot of experience being a woman in a non-traditional role.
