Laura is a huge supporter of women in the trades and offers her time to several groups that focus on the importance of supporting women. Laura talks about the personal protective equipment (PPE) that Iron Elk offers and how important it was to make PPE that fits better, looks better, and still offers the protection that you need on the job site. She also talks about how important it is to surround yourself with positive people in your life.
