Morales has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry including auto, fidelity, commercial surety bonds, and management liability. She has been a committed member of NAWIC since 2017 and has held various positions on both the local and national levels. Morales tells us about how NAWIC has encouraged and supported her throughout her journey and how important it is to have your "circle of influence" (your group of friends) to lean in your time of need.
