In this episode: Christi and Angela interview Nancy Cagle, the founder of LOGIC (Ladies Operating for Growth in Construction) in 2019 within the ABC Association. Nancy talks about how important it is for women in non-traditional roles, such as construction, to have support, especially from other women who, on occasion, have been known to tear other women down. She also discusses the topic of mentoring and how much better the relationship can be between a mentor and mentee if it is organic. Nancy is also a Sr. Account Manager at a security company (Eyesite Surveillance) and talks about her role as a woman who engineers jobsite security for her customers. Check it out!
