Rick Hubbard is the Executive VP of Professional Relations at Origins Recovery Centers (originsrecovery.com).  As a black man born in 1955, Rick experienced the civil rights movement through the eyes of an adolescent and teenager. He gives us his unique perspective of generational trauma and addiction in the black community.  Rick talks about his great-grandfather's eventual freedom from slavery and how that experience shaped the story of addiction and recovery in his own family and countless others.  You don't want to miss this episode!
