Gosia Baran is the owner of Helping Hands Cleaning Service in Chicago. In 1999 she moved to Chicago from her birthplace in Poland. After 9/11 she was laid off from her job and that was the moment that Helping Hands was born. The foundation of her cleaning business is a strong company culture! She's created a career ladder for her cleaning techs to grow within the company and reach their dreams. Gosia recently moved into a new building where she includes her employees on the vision and mission of her company! She has quite a remarkable story!
