Serving jail time for allegedly stealing hens, Antonio Correa Cotto vows to get revenge on everyone involved in the case. He begins to carry out his promise, ending the lives of two and wounding four others until he is arrested and sentenced to life in prison. Less than a year into his sentence, he breaks out of prison in a huge riot suspected to be part of a Nationalist plot to take control of the island. During his year and a half as a fugitive, he would continue on his murder spree until the law catches up with him in a sugar cane field. Now who gets revenge?

Cumpliendo condena en la cárcel por supuestamente robar gallinas, Antonio Correa Cotto promete vengarse de todos los involucrados en el caso. Comienza a cumplir su promesa, acabando con la vida de dos e hiriendo a otros cuatro hasta que es arrestado y sentenciado a cadena perpetua. Menos de un año después de su sentencia, escapa de la prisión en un gran motín sospechoso de ser parte de un complot nacionalista para tomar el control de la isla. Durante su año y medio como prófugo, continuaría con su ola de asesinatos hasta que la ley lo alcanza en un campo de caña de azúcar. Ahora quien se venga?
