I start the hour with a 13 minute discussion of what we should take away from Michael's discussion with Revenue Commissioner Sheldon Fisher the day before about what is driving the Administration's fiscal policy, and then former Rep. and current Lt. Gov. candidate Lynn Gattis joins to take a deeper dive into fiscal issues for the remainder of the hour.
