This week our top 3 issues are these: 1) we explain how many talk a good game about “building the Alaska economy” but then turn around and use the revenue tool that has the “largest adverse impact” on it (2:08); 2) we discuss why it’s time to start thinking seriously about restructuring the Permanent Fund Board (17:41); and 3) we explain how it’s not just D’s that want to spend more state money without considering #WhoPays; this week’s ADN has an op-ed by a Republican elected official proposing the same thing (34:34).
