Welcome to The Weekly Top 3 — our look at the top 3 things on our mind here at Alaskans for Sustainable Budgets — for the week of November 21, 2022.
This week our top 3 issues are these: 1) the revenue and PFD strategy some appear to be considering for this coming #akleg session (2:17), 2) the recent focus on the status of the Alaska economy, and how that also plays into the strategy of some for this coming session (18:06), and 3) the option some appear to be considering for importing LNG into — not out of — Alaska (32:56).
Finally, for those who may notice, due to some technical issues that arose during taping, about a quarter of the way through this week’s podcast we shift from a video to an audio feed. You shouldn’t notice much difference, other than you may need to turn down the volume a bit after the shift.
