Welcome to The Weekly Top 3 - our look at the top 3 things on our mind here at Alaskans for Sustainable Budgets - for the week of November 22, 2021.This week our Top 3 issues are these: 1) we outline the key criteria we intend to use in deciding which candidates to support this coming election cycle (1:56); 2) we discuss the potential impact on Alaska of President Biden and other countries' decisions to release oil from their strategic petroleum reserves in an effort to push prices downward (16:20); and 3) we discus some of the practical issues around pushing for a resolution of the PFD issue through a Constitutional Convention (23:31).
