Welcome to The Weekly Top 3 - our look at the top 3 things on our mind this week - for the week of December 23, 2019.Our last this year, this week we review the 2019 Top 3. 1) In the end, not even 16 out of 60 in the legislature were willing to back up the Governor on a "cuts only" approach (2:06), 2) one oil era on the North Slope comes to an end; an uncertain one comes next (17:15), and 3) the legislature once again reaffirmed this year that it cares more about the Top 20% than the overall Alaska economy or the Remaining80% of Alaska families (26:46).
