This week our top 3 issues are these: 1) the hypocrisy of Alaska "moderates:" they want to be seen as moderate, but do it with someone else's money (2:10), 2) why, while the BLM's pending approval of Conoco's Willow project is an important thing from an economic perspective, its ultimate contribution to a fiscal solution is uncertain (18:07), and 3) why Rahm Emanuel's admonition of "never let a crisis go to waste" comes to mind when we read the latest story about the looming Cook Inlet gas "crisis" (26:10).
