This week our Top 3 issues are these: 1) we discuss the operating budget passed by HFIN and headed to the House floor this week (2:05); 2) we use this past weekend’s ADN editorial on the same subject as a stepping off point to explain again why we continue to be deeply concerned with the Permanent Fund Corporation’s in-state investment initiative (19:23); and 3) we explain why we are urging the Senate to take up the House bill on campaign finance reform (26:34).
