Welcome to The Weekly Top 3 for the week of April 30, 2018, our look at the top 3 things on our mind this week.This week we focus on (1) a very interesting new look by Ed King at King Economics Group at the legislature’s proposed POMV draw rates (at 2:57), (2) a look at at the effect of HB 331, the proposal to issue bonds to fund accelerating the payment of the outstanding oil credit balances, on future Alaskans (at 26:25), and (3) some questions we have for our Congressional delegation about what they are doing to deal with the rapidly growing #NationalDebt (at 41:15).
