Welcome to The Weekly Top 3 - our look at the top 3 things on our mind this week - for the week of May 10, 2021.This week our Top 3 issues are these: 1) the current state of play (as of showtime, Tuesday morning) concerning the PFD, including the Administration's statement last week that they no longer back the current statutory PFD (2:16); 2) the current, incomplete state of play surrounding the budget and where we think it goes from here (22:02), and 3) our biggest surprise this session, and its a disappointing one (31:28).We note that that state of play concerning the PFD changed dramatically Wednesday morning, after the show, when the Governor announced his support for a revised version for SJR 6. We discussed that development further on a special episode of The Michael Dukes Show devoted to the issue on Friday, which is available on the show's Facebook and Spotify pages. We also will discuss it further in our segment on next week's show.
