This week our top 3 issues are these: 1) the one constant in this year’s budget (spoiler alert: it’s “spend, but don’t tax me, don’t tax you, tax middle & lower income Alaska families instead …”) (2:11); 2) how the ADN editorial board (what we sometimes refer to as the Binkley Family Blog) is misquoting former Governor Hammond in a recent op-ed (20:36); and 3) Rep. Zack Fields’ reveal that the size of this year’s budget is only the “first step” to even bigger spending ahead (30:52).
