This week our Top 3 issues are these: 1) we discuss what the difference is between what the Governor should - but likely on the other hand will - do with the budgets the legislature has sent him (2:08); 2) we use a recent Twitter exchange to explain how some think, in their words, a "reasonable" PFD should be determined and how that differs (significantly) from Governor Hammond's vision (20:33); and 3) we discuss the current status of Santos' Pikka project and whether there's a silent "but" sitting behind their recent positive statements (31:00).
