I join Michael weekly in the first hour of Tuesday’s show, from 6:25–7am, for a discussion between the two of us about our three issues.
This week our Top 3 issues are these: 1) the huge amount of additional spending that is being layered on the FY23 and FY22 Supplemental budgets as the legislature nears the end of session (2:10); 2) the ADN editorial board essentially calls for middle & lower income #AKfams to bear the brunt of the $600 million requested for the Port of Alaska (22:16); and 3) why we believe campaign finance reform needs to pass and the be signed by the Governor before the session ends (31:21).
