This week our Top 3 issues are these: 1) we discuss what we've learned from the various state candidate interviews published this past week as a run up to next week's primary (2:05), 2) we explain why we believe under ranked choice voting its very important this election cycle who comes in fourth in the primary for Governor (20:48), and 3) we examine another instance which demonstrates Governor Dunleavy isn't really that serious anymore about holding the line on spending (32:08).
