Caroline Pattinson is one of those people who you can't help but admire.
She was astute enough to use the opportunity which presented itself whilst working in the banking sector to get into property at a young age. This allowed her to begin to build a portfolio which supported her through some very tough times.
The experience, contacts and knowledge she gained during those early years came in very useful when life threw her several of its inevitable curve-balls as you will find out during her story.
Nowadays she is incredibly proud of her USP which is providing ultra high quality co-living spaces for graduates in the North West.
