I've been waiting for quite some time to pin Philip down to do an interview for the podcast, but he's a chap who needs to work both during 'normal' hours and at night due to the nature of his businesses.
It's no surprise, then, that he is a tricky bugger to pin down. However, it's also no surprise that someone who has so much going on also has a cracking story to tell.
This first part of the interview sets the scene for what is to come in part 2, discussing Philip's other businesses, covid, family and the first foray into property.
