Our metabolism is the radio knob that either turns up or turns down based on how your body feels. And, of course, how much energy you use in-store. Also, that dial is turned faster or slower, depending on how much “stress” you have.
Stress is involved in a 24-hour day-to-day part of our lives. Our bodies respond to three different types of stress. There's physical stress, mental stress, and emotional stress. They all affect our hormones and, ultimately, the rate of our energy usage and our metabolism.
