This episode is all about overcoming the developed state of “helpless learning” - the compounding of failures that frustrates and degrades us to a point where we fear failing again. The only difference between those who succeed and those who don’t is the willingness to work past fear and make the necessary changes to make the next attempt a win.

It’s something I even had to ask myself early in my coaching career.
