Dorian L. Carter has been a Developer, Investor, Broker, Property Manager and Consultant in Commercial Real Estate for the past 17 years. His experience includes projects in mixed use, retail, industrial, historical properties, multifamily, affordable housing, and land development. He has had an active lead role in over a three million square feet of real estate transactions. Dorian started in real estate as a buy and hold investor where he gained a strong desire to see change in communities. His goal is to educate 1,000 individuals on investing, wealth building strategies and redevelopment initiatives that bring stronger places to live.
