Description

Bernie Marcus chronicles his story of a young Jewish boy who grew up poor in New Jersey tenements and went on to start a great American Company at the ripe young age of 50.  He shares that they were so broke when he and Arthur Blank started the company they filled the shelves with empty boxes and paint cans to appear to have more inventory - but that the company built their success because they valued their customers and employees over everything.
