Questions we are addressing in this week's episode of Thin Within On-the-Go:

Does Thin Within teach that I can eat all manner of "junk food" and lose weight? 

What about nutrition and good health? I love to "eat healthy." Does Thin Within have room for me to choose clean foods?

And what about cholesterol, fat, my gallbladder, liver,  heart?  Does Thin Within act like I am a "less than" Christian if I choose lower fat options or to abstain from sugar?

Won't my health deteriorate if I eat "whatever I want" even if I do it in moderation after waiting for hunger? 

I am not sure how I feel about a program that says "Eat what you want" to lose weight.
