In this episode of Rockstar Mindset, we’re talking all about procrastination. This is something that I’ve been guilty of most of my life, and it still haunts me at times to this very day. What helps me to deal with procrastination is awareness and expiration.

You first must be aware that you are a procrastinator. That’s step one. You must take accountability and recognize that you are a procrastinator and that your procrastination is affecting your life. Even if you can pull off magic at the last minute, as I have in the past, you can still be much more effective and efficient if you plan ahead and set an expiration date.

Expiration. This is also important. Give yourself a date to complete your task or goal. This makes tasks a lot more tangible and attainable. 

This episode is all about being aware of your situation, taking accountability, and taking action. Remember, if you don’t like your situation, MOVE! You’re not a tree!!!
