“Every voice matters and every perspective is needed.”
Being cognizant of the negative affects COVID-19 had on women and the work force in Nashville during the pandemic, Jillian alongside her close friend, Christina Tiare Aguila Alejos, established the Girls in Tech Nashville chapter, the child organization of Girls in Tech Global (which just announced moving its HQ to Music City). Jillian joins us as this week’s podcast guest and shares why she is convinced that women are THE solution to closing the tech talent gap in Nashville and beyond as well as playing a pertinent role in making products and services inclusive, innovative, and better for future generations to come.
