His company, Seven Movements, pioneered a unique exercise programming methodology they call “micro-dosing movement” which consists of breaking up training into 7-minute movement blocks that can be incorporated at multiple points throughout the day.
We love this concept as both a way of making exercise more approachable for injured or unconditioned athletes, as well as a great way to optimize health and movement quality for anybody with a busy schedule.
