Jessie is a retired firefighter and strength coach, turned Program Director for Foundation Training.

He is an expert in using movement, isometrics & breathing to create greater alignment & connection throughout the body as a means to both reducing pain and optimizing performance.

In this conversation, we discuss some simple & practical tools that Jessie uses with his clients, whether he is working with high-level fighters, big wave surfers, first responders, legendary pop stars, or a chronically injured desk worker.
