With Spring in full force and Summer just around the corner (in the northern hemisphere), Dan & Elise take this opportunity to go DEEP on cultivating an intentional relationship with the sun and how this time of year is perfect for easing back into regular sun exposure.

For a long time now we’ve been led to believe many myths and false information when it comes to the effects of exposing our skin to the sun.  In this week’s episode, Dan & Elise set the record straight concerning the correlation between sun exposure and disease.  

They also get into Dan’s personal history with the sun, which started out as the common story among many white guys in the American North East, where he would fluctuate between pale white & bright red each summer with a series of painful sunburns.  However, as described in this episode, he was able to completely transform his relationship with the sun to a point where he tans easily each year and is able to spend entire days outside in the summer with no issues.
