Set small goals that will bring you closer to your long-term goals and keep it sustainable for life. I think of any goal you're setting as a process and journey that means the most, because you are changing your habits, routines, and who you are in a way.

I also share where I would recommend you start on your fitness journey if you are restarting, a beginner, or just trying to improve your overall health.
