As 2022 comes to an end very soon, it is time to dig deep and identify your SWOT as we enter the new year! What is SWOT you ask? A SWOT analysis is an opportunity for you to reflect on this past year. SWOT stands for strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and potential threats/barriers.
Looking at this past year, I encourage you to take time to reflect on these categories. Take out a piece of paper and make 4 squares - S, W, O, and T. Otherwise, feel free to put this in your notes on your phone or on a blank word document, whatever works best for you.
In this episode, I share with you the questions you can ask yourself in each of these categories and once you are done refer to these to set an intention for the new year. Self-awareness is the foundation to developing your emotional intelligence and the key to unlocking the door to creating the success you want. SWOT Analysis is a great method for doing just that.
After going over the SWOT analysis, I dive deep into the importance of building small habits to facilitate the behavior change process to reach your goals for the new year. Start so simple and small so that you can build your confidence towards reaching the BIG goal.
