Description

There is no style and method of meditation that are “perfect”.  The only perfect meditation is the one that you’ve chosen for yourself to practice today.  Even when your meditation is messy and you have to come back to your mantra 100 times, it’s still perfect for this moment.  

Will you miss out on the benefits of meditation because you’ll make mistakes?   Will you have the courage to show up, let it be messy, and then keep practicing and making progress.  

Today, I choose to show up because I get to experience the benefits of meditation instead of waiting on the sidelines for perfection.
