ADHD brains find meditation challenging at the very least. It is so difficult to focus that many people with this neurodivergent condition give up on meditation all together. In this episode of Hurry Up And Meditate, I have combined a physical focus tool, like a fidget toy, to assist my audience with their ability to stay present during meditation.
